All Colex Silicone hose and tubing is manufactured from raw materials with FDA approval for use with food contact applications. Silicone hose is odourless, tasteless and inert which makes it particularly suitable for use with foodstuffs and beverage lines. Silicone hose and tubing has the ability to self-extinguish making it an excellent choice for appliances and computers. A smooth bore ensures excellent flow rates, whilst the translucent colour allows for full visibility of the flow of the hose contents. Silicone is resilient, stretchable and resistant to compression set.
